5. What is the best way to clean my cookware?
For most materials, we recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth. Refrain from using harsh cleaners or abrasive scrubbing tools to prevent scratching the surface. For stubborn stains or burnt-on food, soak the cookware in warm, soapy water before cleaning.
6. What kind of steel do you use?
The steel which we use is virgin coil and not recycled steel. We source from SAIL or JINDAL. This ensures higher durability of the utensil even if the product is subjected to wear and tear.
7. What is 304 Stainless steel?
304 is also known as “food-grade stainless steel” and contains about 18% chromium and 8% nickel. This is why 304 is also commonly known as “18/8 stainless”. We use such steel for heavy-duty kitchenware and also for our feeding bottles.
8. Difference between triply and stainless steel cookware?
Triply cookware’s body is made with three layers: The inner layer: is 304 stainless steel, aluminum in the middle layer, and the outside layer is 430 stainless steel whereas the regular stainless steel cookware is made of only 1 layer of metal, i.e., stainless steel. Because of this technology, you get even heat distribution which helps cook food faster and save fuel.
9. What do you mean by PUF insulation in casseroles?
PUF insulation is the acronym for polyurethane foam insulation. The thermal insulation properties of this material are extremely high which helps retain the heat within the casserole, keeping the food warm for a longer time.
