Delivery Details

We have partnered with courier service/s to deliver products to customers. If the website and     MV Metals receive an order after 2:00 pm, the following day will be considered the first day of the delivery/shipping duration. Our delivery service partners work every day of the week, but we do not guarantee delivery on Sundays and holidays, including national holidays.

Our delivery service providers will make two attempts to deliver your order. After this, if delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. In this situation, we can refund your order amount, but we will deduct the shipping cost as a restocking fee per product from your refund amount.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to:

• Bad weather
• Flight delays
• Political disruptions
• Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, the delivery might be delayed (beyond 10 working days, possibly 10-15 or 15-20 working days). The company and the website will not be able to compensate for any mental distress caused by delivery delays.

Responsibility Upon Delivery

Once the user receives the ordered products, they will be responsible for the title and risk of loss of the ordered products.

Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 5-day return policy (from the day of delivery) subject to the following conditions only:

• If there is any manufacturing defect that hampers the intended use of our products.
• If you receive a product that does not match the specifications mentioned on the website at the time of placing your order (e.g., wrong color or size).
• If you receive a product in a damaged condition; in this case, you need to inform us about the condition within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To address the issue, contact our customer care number with your order details, and we will arrange the pickup of your shipment at no extra cost to you. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition, including all price tags, labels, accessories, original packaging, and the invoice. In the case of manufacturing defects, we require the original packing, accessories, and invoice even if the product has been used. Once we receive the returned shipment and process your return, your refund amount will be processed immediately. However, please note that some banks may take from 7 to 21 days to complete the refund process.

The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:

• Damages due to misuse of the product
• Incidental damage due to product malfunction
  
• Any consumable item that has been used or installed
• Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
• Digital products/services
• Any damage/defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
• Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box,  manufacturer’s packaging (if any), and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered
• Personalized products with laser etching will not be considered for returns or refunds.

Cancellation of Orders by the User, Website, and the Company

In case of cancellation after a confirmed order is placed and the shipment has already been dispatched, a shipping cost will be charged per product cancelled.

Payment Facility for Product Purchase

While using any of the payment methods available on the website, the company and the website assume no liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to any reason.

MV Metals will accept payments in Indian currency INR only. The website disclaims responsibility and liability for payments conducted in currencies other than the specified one.
